Chef Ben Vaughn’s latest culinary venture has been to launch two unique and complimentary restaurants out of the same kitchen. Grace is Chef Ben Vaughn’s evening-only dining room delight, with a lush interior and a worldly menu. Right next-door is the inviting and less formal Au Fond Farmtable.
Chef Ben Vaughn says that Au Fond Farmtable is a southern angle on the revered French tradition of a locally supplied cafe. Au Fond Farmtable is open during the day except for a few weekly occasions, like Monday Night Family dinners and Burger Wednesdays. Au Fond Farmtable, like its sister restaurant Grace, says Chef Ben Vaughn, procures many of its ingredients from farmers and growers that live within a small radius of Memphis, Tennessee.
