First of all i would like to apologize to all to my top commentators of August for not giving the rightful link love they deserve. I was unable to access the blog in these past days, and the table has been reset for the new month so i am unable to retrieve the stats…

Reviews: $24 (-27,75) - this was a slow month for reviews from third party providers. I haven’t had the necessary time to give the proper attention to them.
Private Ad Sales: $45 (+$2)
RevResponse Payment: $50
Ebay Partner Network: $6,03
Affiliate Marketing: $5,60 Again a very week spot….
Total Earnings of August: 130,63
August Expenses:
Curiously i had only $1 buck of expense last month… lol
Ok, since i didn’t spent almost nothing, i can say that this was my best month so far with a total profit of $129,63.
I can only think what could i have done if i had done all things i have planned…..
So, what about you. How was the month of August for you?
P.S: As i have mentioned before, my ad rates will increase. Now a banner will cost $10/month. Links will cost $3, this is a $1 increase. After a check on the amount of clicks they have i decided to increase a bit. Still, the rate is low comparing to similar blogs. Reviews will remain with the same price.

As for you blog’s earnings, I have found that a blog is like any other business in that it has its ups and downs.

i have adsense ads, but i only use them inside the posts. not on the fron page

August was a busy month in general, and while some stats went up, overall traffic went down, essentially because I was neglecting promotion of the blog and instead working on the new look and contest which was just unveiled this should be quite the stellar month, I hope it is for bloggervenue as well.

probably your traffic went down because of the reason you mentioned, but august is a tipic month where almost every stats go a little bit down because of vacations.

Don’t worry about the loss in rss subscribers. I am curious how did you calculate it. Did you subtract the highest number you received in august from the highest number you received in july?
