MMO Blogs should embrace Bologna Spirit

2 days ago, i was thinking that MMO (make money online) blogs failed to show readers the practical side of Making money online. It was all “talk talk talk”, all theory, and no practical stuff, there is nothing concrete like ” i applied this strategy using these steps and i made xxx amount of bucks!”.

Now, yesterday, Custodio, a fellow portuguese blogger that makes a living online, created a post that supports what i was thinking.

He says that MMO blogs don’t show effectively  how to make money. T

Get More With Less

All bloggers in their everyday blogging activity, which involves reading, commenting in other blogs, researching for new material, will eventually write a new post.

Now, a common mistake that i see a lot of times, in my opinion, is that some bloggers tend to write big articles. When i say big, i mean 1000+ words articles. I don’t know about you, but im not very fond of big articles. I mean, i get tired reading all that stuff, specially if the blogger does not know how to captivate the readers.

Page Rank Update – How were you affected?

I arrived from weekend and one thing a noticed was that everybody talking about the new page rank update. I went to my sites to see a general decrease on all of them.

This blog went from PR3 to PR2. Well, at first impression i was a bit pissed about it, although i suspected this could happen. After all, it could be worse. I have to say that i think my fair rank should be PR3, although Jim from thenetfool.com thinks my PR2 is appropriate  :p

5 reasons why you should do paid reviews

Paid Reviews are one of the main sources of income for many many bloggers, including my self. It’s easy, somewhat fast and a noob can start making money with little effort.

The process of receiving money to review a site or a product can lift some impartiality issues. We can think that if someone was paid to write about something will tend to do it in a positive tone, even if they don’t know squat about it. It is really easy to write a 50 or 100 hundred word review after looking at the site for a couple of minutes. But those kind of reviews only request some buzz and some links. And the advertiser does not care if the writer spent a lot of time researching.

TheNetFool’s interview

have been thinking on doing some interviews for quite some time, but the lack of time delayed them a bit until this week. I have decided to start with one of my favourite bloggers, Jim from thenetfool.com blog, and for my joy he accepted it. :)

For those who don’t know Jim, he is a 18 year old finance student at Penn State University and he is the owner of thenetfool.com, a blog that shows you ways to make money online.

The Net Fool – Jim Regan Interview

First let me thank you Jim, for accepting this little interview. :)

My internet connection was suspended!

In case you haven’t noticed, i have not been updating the blog these past days.

Unfortunately, my internet service provider suspended my internet connection due to the lack of payment.

I share an apartment with a couple more friends, and one of them, is responsible for the internet contract, and he forgot to pay the last 2 months despite the constant rememberings of the companie.

Last june 2nd, they cut the service leaving us with no connection to the world. lol

The payment has been made, and only today they re-established the service aleluia!!!

So here is how we are going to do:

  1. Subscribe to my RSS feed by email;
  2. Place a comment here about your subscription;
  3. Remember to place your email used to subscribe, so that i can confirm it;

Bloggers stealing Bloggers

This is a post that i was planning to do for some time now, but only today, i was able to arrange some time to think about and write it.

The title says it all. Bloggers steal from each other. Probably it s not the best title i could give to this post but i wanted to catch your attention. Probably a title like ” Giving credit is a beautiful thing to do” would be better. :p

What do they steal? They steal ideas, posts from each other.

Let’s see if i can explain this well.
