Hello again!

In my last post, i mentioned something like this:

From today, i want to give some appreciation to my visitors and commentators by giving some kind of reward.

My 2008 intentions where to reply back with at least one new comment on my visitors blog, but sadly i failed that objective miserably. So i thought, what else can i do?

The answer was simple. I can reward my users through social networking.

So here is what i thought:

Every user that writes one comment here at BloggerVenue will receive at least 1 stumble at stumbleupon, and 1 submission to my new Social Bookmarking project from their latest post.

Off course, there are some rules.

I wont submit posts to Moocial that don’t fit in the Social Bookmarking standards, such as “Monday Link Love” type of posts, updates about the blog and other thin posts that don’t have some important information.

I won’t stumble and add articles of users that write comments like “Cool” or “Good post”.

Along this, i will try to keep up with my comments on other blogs, although that is a bit complicated at this phase of my life….

Everyone wins. You win because you will get tones of visitors from StumbleUpon. You win because you get a backlink from your comment on this blog and a backlink from my social bookmark site with no effort. I win, because i get comments here, i work on my new site and increase my stumble profile

facebook, the well known social network launchs its service “Facebook ads” and becomes an advertising companie also. This could be a response in the alleged interest of Google that wants to buy facebook.

The ads will be shown on their network of social users and they offer the advertisers the possibilty of advanced targeting such as target by age, gender, location, interests, only possible on a social site like facebook.

Let’s see how things run and i bet that someone will find a coolway to make money with facebook.

Last week i’ve told you about subvert and profit and how you could make some money buy digging stories. Well, after a week i’ve earned 3.5$ it’s not bad for digging 5-6 stories at a time.

Curiously my subvert and profit hasn’t validated my stumble upon account, i doon’t know why is taking the so long. If i had it validated my earnings could be doubled and i could be reaching payout.

Back to the topic. Stumbleupon is a site that let’s you find cool sites. You just need to download their mozilla applet and navigate the web. when you seea site that you like then add it to your favourites.

SO what’s the big deal about this?

well…. when someone makes an “i like it” that site will receive visitors from other StumbleUpon users. This is a great way to bring traffic to your own sites. you just need to do an “i like it” to your sites and make some of your friends to do the same, that way you can greatly increase your website visitors, depending on the number of “i like its” your site has.
