And know, it is time to analyse the results of the contest.
The main objective was to bring more traffic, and i think it was achieved. Look at the Alexa graph:
The contest began 29th november, and since then the traffic has increased, having the total traffic more than doubled in certains days.
According to google analytics, on december 10 the blog had a peak of 115 unique visitors. The normal was around 20-30 unique visitors a day, and the majority of traffic source was from the United States.
In conclusion, the contest had a positive effect on the blog. I reached 32 rss subscribers last week, the unique visitors per day has substantially increased, even after the contest ended 
The only negative aspect it’s that with the increase in traffic there hasn’t been an increase in revenue. But for now my main interest is increase traffic. Let’s see how does this continues. But one thing is for sure. More contests will happen
