Cordia Harrington deserves a round of applause. She has proven that with ambition and drive, you can do anything you set your mind to. Instead of throwing money on there in hopes of a catch, she made an informed business plan. She took a risk, but she took an INFORMED risk and now she is prospering. Wealth doesn’t come over night, it takes work and Cordia’s work is recognized by just about, for example, anyone that order’s a sandwich from McDonald’s. Who knew a “Bun Lady” could be part of the success of a large franchise like Mickey D’s.

I think one of the most interesting aspects of this article is that many individuals can relate to Cordia Harrington’s story. I, myself, can relate to struggling to pay the bills and never having the money to buy new clothes, etc. I think it’s stories like these that help remind people that the American dream is within reach, you just have to have that drive to succeed and overcome obstacles.

Would you ever believe that a woman from Nashville, Cordia Harrington, is responsible for supplying the buns to McDonald’s. An ordinary woman responsible for supplying a product to a major franchise. I am a single mom and find that Cordia Harrington is an inspiration to women alike. We are all familiar with the “glass ceiling,” and this woman broke right through. I applaud her ambitions and know that the next time I eat a Big Mac, I will think of how a Nashville woman overcame obstacles to live the American Dream.
