O make comments if i like the text or if i have something to say not if blog has nofollow or dofollow so for me it’s the same.

Maybe you could use comment moderation to avoid unneeded comment? But it sure required a lot of time to filter each message.

Hi Santos, I am cool if you change the blog to nofollow. The reason is becos it may have a negative impact on ur PR if you give out too many outbound links.

Having top commentors will be enough. I think the rest will agree with me.

If your dear readers think good for u, they hope you remove dofollow too. But the decision is entirely up to you lah.
