Microsoft wants to buy yahoo?

I was reading the new posts from shylock and i saw that he made a post regarding the attempt of Microsoft to buy Yahoo.

The news say that Microsoft is offering $44.6 billion for Yahoo. This gives a price of $31 per share which is 62% more than the current stock price.

If this goes forward, microsoft will become the top rival for google in the ppc world.

Microsoft has the adcenter and the Aquantive company. All direct to the ppc networks.
