Alexa Ranking
Finally! My blog has reached the top 100,000 in alexa ranking! Currently stands at 99,868! Most of you don’t give a damn to alexa rank, im included in that group (partially), but it is a mark that i can BRAG about! hehe :p
Emergency Room
well my friends, this monday, my internship at the emergency room starts. I will work for 8 weeks at the Central Hospital of Viseu, the city where i study. I am a bit anxious to see how well i will do in there. It will be a completely different internship that im used to, and i will see some serious trauma injuries.That will be…. interesting.
For this reason, and because it will be some hard 8 weeks, i will have to let blogging behind. This means that i will only write new posts when i have time for it. Hopefully, if i can organize my time my blogging frequency will not be altered to much (interested in some guest posting? contact me).
This is an excellent opportunity for me to diversify from my usual topics. So you will probably find some posts about my experience at the Emergency Room.
Hope you like the new approach while i do my internship (and search engines too hehe).

I also got in the top 100k Alexa for the first time this week, although that was a daily ranking (weekly is 104k and 3 month is 350k)
i always look for the 4 months chart. i rarely look at daily rank

may i someday have a similar alexa rank (i’m a long way off).
Many believe that Alexa is overated because it can be played by them. Its like PR people think its not worth much, I think it all counts. Well done for getting into the top 100,000 very impressive.
After 2 months from it’s launch, the Small Business Income Center is on the verge of dropping below 1,000,000 worldwide and 150,000 in the United States. Yet, Google PageRank still checks in at PR0.
We patiently await the next Google PageRank update as well as cracking Alexa’s Top 100,000 in the USA. Hopefully then Alexa will show me who is linking to the site and what other countries are providing traffic. For some odd reason about 15% of my traffic comes from overseas.
Can anyone clarify their own experience?
