One thing that a webmaster needs to keep in mind is not to concentrate all his revenue sources. The key is to diversificate and experiment. If a webmaster concentrate for example on google adsense, someday he may have a really bad surprise with an email from google telling that his account was suspended…. From a day to another the only source he had was gone! Finding and making profitable the new source of income can be hard.

Why im quitting adgridwork

Posted by admin On December - 18 - 2007

A long time ago, i have mentioned an opportunity to have free text advertsing like google adsense or bidvertiser on your blogs. I have been using adgridwork on this blog, but unfortunately, with poor results.

Let me show you:
Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us

As you can see i had almost 15000 displays of my ad on other websites, but only generated 15 clicks to my site! this represents a 0.07% CTR, it is very very low. IT’s a terrible waste of space in my honest opinion.

Although, i had poor results, it doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. You need totry, create a campaign with good words to cath the atention.

BidClix.com closing down

Posted by admin On July - 17 - 2007

i received an email from this company telling that they are closing down their business.

Bidclix was like many other site a context(?) ads publisher, like bidvertiser, clicksor and so on. Recently they were bought by aQuantive family. And, as in must cases, it’s naturall they close the recently bought business to re open, or join forces to another established business.

Well, the bottom line is that they asked me to verify my account in order to receive my payment. well my surprise was that i have money to collect there! it’s not much but it is money! lol i used this feed only in test sites, and i never paid much atention to it, but it generated me some bucks… now the question is will they really pay me?
