Yesterday i visited a site that shocked me a bit for a few seconds, but then i remember i have already seen more crazy ideas than this one. All of them lead to the wealth of the seller…

Ian Usher is simply selling his entire life! Ian says he had enough of his life and he doesn’t want it anymore!

This guy had a great life, but due to certain circumstances (his wife broke his heart) he decided to sell his house, his belongings, his friends and job! on Ebay!!!

This seem a bit drastic and crazy, but, oK, i agree with him. LIving in a house that was built to live a life with our love, and see that love go away would be most unbearable to keep living there…

This auction is gathering a lot of attention, and believe it or not there are currently 37 bids, with the top bid reaching the AU $315,100. The auction will last 4 days more, but im sure that this value can double, making Ian an original millionaire!

This is a case where a crazy idea could bring unexpected wealth, even if you tell it to your friends and they laugh until they cant breath. The most difficult part is to put it in practice, if we don’t try it, how will we know it doesn’t work?

Off Topic: IM very tired these days… The work is acumulating on the health center. I never stop, lots of treatments to do for the patients, and then when i arrive at home i have to work on photoshop…. im on zombie mode….

This is the time of the year where me and fellow bloggers don’t have time for almost nothing. College exams take a great deal of time from our life’s.

For me, the exams period was over a couple of weeks ago, followed by a week of intense partying ;), but it is time for my 5 weeks internship on Neuro Surgery. This takes me at least 8 hours a day + hours to do works and research. Plus, i will be doing night shifts that will mess up my internal clock. lol
i will have some tough weeks… and time is money….

But with all this, some things are left behind, such as, posts that i wanted to write, but when i have time to write them there is no point on posting about them, they are no longer “new fruit”. Or jobs that are left behind, can potentially imply me loosing money. Not directly, but indirectly. In practical aspects It is money not earned, but in my point of view is like loosing money.

One of these jobs, is updating my not even near of being finished BANS stores. As you may already know, Ebay left Cj.com and decided to create their own program and gave a deadline for publishers to migrate (now extended until May, 31st).

But this is not the big problem. Remember my recent trouble with my hosting? well, the BANS stores databases were screwed, and after uploading the backup they were not working. So, who visits the stores will only find error messages… this is bad.

So, im sure you all have ways to face with these time issues, and probably you manage your time better than me. But what i have decided to do is establish objectives and prioritize, on a per day basis regarding blogging and marketing. For today i have planned to write this post + 1. Correct my BANS stores. And i have reserved 2 hours for this. That’s more than enough for what needs to be done.

I decided it was time to spend some of the money earned and went on a “buying spree” this month! So. if i look at my earning stats this month they are in the deep red! ouch! But you know, in order to make money, you have to spend some.

SO what i have done this month?

I decided to buy OIOpublisher and BANS. Bought advertising at some interesting blogs and sponsored a contest.

Time is money, and right now, time (and money) is what i lack. So the return on my investment will be slow (at least i hope to have some return).

But let’s head to subject of this post.

I decided to buy Buildanichestore this weekend (if you don’t know what BANS is, just visit their website), and posted a topic on bloggeries, saying that i was considering buying BANS through an affiliate link of a selected member of that forum (since i wanted to buy, why not make someone earn some bucks with it?). Surprisingly, i had only one response to this offer. I was thinking that an offer like this would attract some members, because it was an easy $44 deal just for giving me an affiliate link!

So, i bought BANS and the member that replied me with his affiliate link now is $44 richer.

Now, i have spent some time configuring the BANS store on an old domain (well, not that old… lol) that i had. It is called dietsforall.com. I must say that i haven’t done any keyword research or anything else. Just wrote some original homepage content and nothing more. I will not rank well on google with this site, nor im planning on doing some extensive link building for this one. It is only test purpose.

I will do some experiments with this BANS store, and others that i will create. I plan to do an on going series of posts about BANS and setting up a new store, as well mentioning some good articles about it (there is no point on creating a new article when there are already good ones to read).

Another thing that i plan to do is to release some free CSS templates for bans. Unfortunately, there are not that many CSS templates available for download.

A few days ago i stumbled with an interesting site called Focial.com

This site is an auction site specialized in selling advertinsing for your blogs (but not only that!). If you know ebay, than all that was said about ebay its in focial.com except focial.com is a niche auction site.

What can you do there:

• Buy and sell advertising
• Advertise for guest bloggers and become a guest blogger for someone else.
• Focial has paid and free listings
• Advertise your graphics skills
• Sell anything else that could help bloggers

If you register you will have a free $25 credit to use in your auctions. You can use them to feature an auction for example.

This site is relatively new and has few members., but a think this site can evolve a lot, and i want to be one of the first there.

I have made some auctions and let’s see how it will go for me.

After all the buzz created around the widgetbucks tos they have decided to change it to only permit english sites. Now you don’t even have the chance to ask for permission for a non english site. Too bad for many of us, you either create an english site or stick with a worse paying program like shoppingads.
